Królowej Jadwigi, 30-218 Kraków, Poland
One of Kraków’s oldest parks, it was designed in the 16th century by Italian architects on the commission of King Sigismund I the Old at the summer residence of the king’s secretary Justus Ludwik Decjusz. The park is still famous for its beautiful flora including ancient limes and hornbeams – the last remaining trees of the original wood destroyed during the First World War by the military units stationed here.
