An art Nouveau building with sculptures of all kinds of bizarre creatures. I'm pretty sure you haven't seen anything like this before. Built by our famous architect Gorodetsky. It is also a presidential residence with a gallery and animal sculptures. Tours should be booked in advance if you want to get inside.
