You’ll see a vegetable stand and a halal cart on 14th and 3rd, pretty much connected. It’s on the south west corner. Anyway, I’ve had halal all over nyc but the chicken and lamb over rice with extra white sauce and extra hot sauce (careful with the hot sauce) is just perfect at any time of day. The meat has crunchy edges, the rice is fluffy, the sauce is magic. There is no other place to get halal cart food
